Renew your license
- Licenses expire after 1 year
- You can renew up to 120 days before your license expires
- There will be a penalty fee if you don't renew before your license expires.
Renewal requirements
- Update your contact information online and release any Doing Business As Names, if necessary, before you renew your license.
- Number of additional timeshare projects added since last renewal if not already reported on amendment by mail or online mid-year. The maximum fee is $1,000. If more than 5 projects added, fee remains at $1,000.
- Number of apartment units added since last renewal, renewal if not already reported on amendment by mail or online mid-year. The maximum fee is $250. If more than 25 units were added, the fee remains at $250.

- Updated Public Offering Statement
- Financial statements as required by RCW 64.36.030

Complete a Timeshare Company Registration Renewal Form and mail your renewal notice, additional required documents, and check or money order for the renewal fee (payable to the Department of Licensing) to:
