|Chapter 308-09 WAC Military Service Members or Spouses - Professional License
The Department of Licensing intends to create a definition for Military Spouse Coordinator within Chapter 308-09 WAC to align with requirements per 2SHB 1009 passed during the 2023 legislative session.

The department is changing requirements for expedited licensing and timelines for temporary licensing for military spouses. This change aligns with E2SHB 1009, passed during the 2023 legislative session.
