- A combined gross vehicle weight of 55,000 lbs. or more.
- A purchase date of 60 days or more ago.
- A copy of the lease agreement, if your vehicle is operating under another carrier’s U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT).
- If the leased vehicle is no longer under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), you’ll also need a Leased Vehicle listing form.
- Your bank account and routing numbers or your credit card number, depending on how you want to pay for the new credentials.
If you’re a service agent acting on behalf of a customer who wants to request IRP credentials and have power of attorney, you can follow the same instructions as the account owner.
