Use the Manufactured Home Application form to:
- Eliminate a manufactured home title.
- Transfer location.
- Remove a manufactured home from real property.
Submit a Manufactured Home Application Attachment (legal description of land and/or ownership) with the Manufactured Home Application to provide:
- Legal description of the land when a legal description from the county isn't legible, or a statutory warranty deed isn't available.
- Owners names when there isn't enough room to list them on the Manufactured Home Application.
