Before you get started
This guide is for IRP customers who want to print (or view) their invoices.
If you’re printing an invoice after a renewal, it may take up to 24 business hours for the invoice to appear in your account. However, you can pay your balance immediately after submitting your renewal.
If you previously used Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) to print your IRP invoice and complete other transactions, you can learn:

Follow these steps to print (or view) your IRP invoice in License Express.
1. There are 2 ways to print (or view) your IRP invoice. This depends on what you see on your License Express dashboard.
In the main navigation, if you see a red circle beside “Action Center,” go to step 1a. If you don’t, skip to step 1c.

- Option 1: In the main navigation, choose “Action Center.”

- Under the “You have an unread letter” heading, choose “View Letters.”
- Option 2: In the main navigation, choose “More…”
- Under the “Letters” heading, choose “View Letters.”

2. In the “Type” column, find the letter called “IRP Invoice.” You may need to scroll down.
To make sure you choose the correct letter, check the information under “Account ID” and “Period.”
3. Choose “IRP invoice” to open and view the letter.

4. To print your IRP invoice, choose “Print Letter.” Then follow your browser’s instructions for printing.
