If you received a letter notifying you that your recent refund check from the Department of Licensing was incorrect:
- Payment has been stopped on the check you received.
- You will be sent a new check for the correct refund amount by April 1, 2025.
- You can properly dispose of the canceled check.
- The incorrect check amount was due to a recent system upgrade. The problem has been fixed.
Canceled check fees from your bank
If you were charged a canceled check fee by your bank, we will reimburse you for the fee. Please send documentation of the bank fee, including the fee amount to:
