Public hearing on proposed changes to fees

The Department of Licensing (DOL) invites you to participate in a public hearing on proposed changes to the rules regulating Timeshare. The proposed changes to WAC 308-47-090 and WAC 308-48-800 will clarify application fees. Additional information about the rule changes can be found on our current rulemaking activity page.
The public hearing will be held in person at the Highways and Licensing Building and virtually via Zoom. We have included the meeting information below.
