Follow the steps below to change the address of your scrap metal business.
Gather the required forms
Address change form
You must complete a Scrap Metal Processor/Recycler/Supplier Name or Address Change form.
Your local local authority must approve your new address and sign the address change form. They may require an on-site inspection before they sign the form.
Bond endorsement (if needed)
If your new address is in a different town, city, or county, you must attach a bond endorsement showing the new address.
This is not required for scrap metal suppliers.
