Supplemental guide
We implemented AAMVA’s CDL Modernized Skills Test. The road test will remain the same, but the vehicle inspection and basic control segments of the skills test have changed. Sections 11 and 12 of the CDL guide have been replaced with a supplemental guide where you can find these updates. You must study the vehicle inspection and basic control segments from the supplemental guide.
