License Express for Individuals

This guide will help you navigate your License Express account to manage your driver license, ID card, vehicle, and more.

Register for a License Express for Individuals account

If you don't have a License Express account, follow these steps to create one:

  1. Go to the License Express log in page and choose the “Create account” button.

  2. Choose the “License Express for individuals” option and choose the “Next” button.

  3. Enter the “Username” you want to use.
  4. Enter your “Email” and “Confirm email”. Choose the “Next” button. We will send an email to that address with a link to activate your account.
  5. Enter your “Password” and “Confirm password” that you want to use and choose the “Next" button. This will create your account.
  6. Open the link in the email we sent you. Check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the email.
