This is a 2-part process. First, you will apply for a Driver Record Request account. Your administrator only needs to do this once. After we approve your application, then administrator and business staff can complete the second step to request access to the account
Note: It can take 3 full business days for DOL to approve your request.

You must pay any unpaid orders before requesting more records. Make sure you have your bank account information ready, as DOL does not accept credit cards.
