Part 2: Adjudicate an unresolved traffic citation
To adjudicate an unresolved traffic citation and report it to DOL, you will need to first locate the driver with a driver license number or their name. Once you locate their information, then you can continue entering the unresolved traffic citation adjudication information.
- After you log into your account, you will choose the “Driver Info. & Adjudication” hyperlink to access your options.
- To report a court conviction for a driver, you will choose the “Submit court forms” hyperlink from the I Want To panel.

- You can enter the “License Number (DLN)” or choose the “No License Number” checkbox. The License Jurisdiction defaults to Washington. Choose the “Next” button. Skip to step 6 if you were able to locate a driver with a DLN.

Note: If you choose the No first name or No middle name checkboxes, then you must still provide a Last name and Date of birth.
- Locate the “Driver UTCs” panel at the bottom of your screen and choose the “Citation #” hyperlink of the unresolved traffic citation that you want to adjudicate.
- From the Adjudicate UTC panel, choose the “Update UTC” button.
- Review the UTC Details screen and choose the “Next” button.
- Review the Summary screen and choose the “Next” button.
