Bulk fertilizer distributor
A Bulk Fertilizer Distributor License is required for any location that distributes commercial fertilizer in bulk (non-packaged form) within or into Washington.
Note: Whenever the fertilizer is distributed within the state, the name and address shown on the license must appear on all labels, pertinent invoices, and storage facilities.
Post your license
A license must be posted at each location where the licensee operates. You may not begin this business activity until you receive a Registrations and Licenses document listing the required license.
